Sabine Westensee is an experienced yoga teacher who uses her knowledge and her very pleasant personality to help me relieve stress and tension. At the beginning of 2018, I was immediately taken with the lovingly furnished rooms, which are equipped with various aids for teaching. The icing on the cake is the final relaxation, so in the end I am already looking forward to next week!
I've been there for many years. Sabine makes it so great. She has exercises that change every month. There is always something for everyone to relax your body and soul. After the lesson there is always a great final relaxation. Which is good, she explains a lot before the lesson and so everyone can already prepare for what to expect. I can recommend it only.
I never thought I'd like yoga so much. Sabine's voice makes you relax and the exercises she does with us do you good. As a result, my back pain is almost gone.
I feel very comfortable here and am always looking forward to the varied hours in a relaxed atmosphere.
Every yoga class from Sabine is great, always leads to a certain inner peace, has the feeling my muscles are well stretched and relaxed and small muscular aches and pains are easy to master with their exercises
