Unfortunately today I had to exchange some boots that were sewn incorrectly. The tab slipped inward as you ran. I was offered to choose something new or to have the money paid out. I chose a couple of different shoes and the rest of the money was paid out with no problem. I am very happy to give 5 stars for the goodwill and the courtesy. I will certainly remain a customer here. Kudos to the friendly saleswoman who served me, see you soon and thank you very much.
