I really don't write a recession very often, but now I just have to get rid of my frustration and protect other people from this negative experience. The rudest customer service I've ever experienced! After I had paid, I apparently only appeared as a ghost and no more questions were answered, and it was no longer even possible to send me the photos by email. Instead, I was given a CD that I can't use because I don't have a CD drive.

Very unfriendly, feels like it's still in the digital stone age, photos were only available on CD, no e-mail possible. 2 pictures for 20 euros, for each extra service (image processing etc) an extra 100 euros (joke?) Was required. Not recommendable.

I was there on the recommendation of a friend. Found good parking and received friendly and competent advice. At first I was skeptical because the passport photos were so cheap - but the photos turned out really nice. Have paid twice as much elsewhere and the photos were impossible.

For 20 euros it wasn't even possible to have the pictures sent to you by email. USB stick was not possible either, I have now received a CD. Images are unedited. Also rude. I'm very dissatisfied because I have better service in the photo box in the train station.

If you just want a photo, you can go there, but Premium Service is different!
