I was there because of my order, I was very late for that matter, but the coworker was very nice and did not make a stupid saying or so. He was very professional. I was there at 7:35 and just had to wait 5 minutes

Waited 1 hour to get something to copy. Waited a few weeks before about 20 minutes to copy something and pick up time 5 minutes. An improvement idea would be to make a switch for non-recurring matters qie copies or documents to pick up in order to increase the efficiency. Another thing (not happened to me while waiting but noticed) customer comes in says what he wants to answer: "I'm sorry that will not be more because we close in an hour" ...
