Thanks to Ms. Ruhnke, my tooth did not have to be extracted, I only had a root canal treatment. Everything went fine, I'm very glad that it didn't have to be pulled! Ms. Ruhnke and her team are friendly and competent, you are in good hands with her.

I was allowed to experience Ms. Ruhnke twice - and that was completely enough for me. I remembered her as arrogant and unappealing. I also had the impression that she wanted to impose her will on me. When I made it clear that I was not going to be offered this, she didn't even say goodbye. "I can't treat you that way either," were her last words. On the other hand, the employee at the reception deserves high praise; she was always very friendly. Since there was no treatment afterwards, I cannot, of course, judge whether or to what extent Ms. Ruhnke is technically competent. In human terms, a 4 is sufficient.

After I was here at the pension fund, I would definitely recommend Ms. Ruhnke. She is friendly and helpful and knows what she is doing - you can see that the practice is very well harmonized and the team is well attuned. Here you take the time you really need.

Unfortunately, the doctor seems to be quite arrogant and far from people (although the receptionist is very nice and friendly). After the second treatment, there is persistent pain in the teeth that has been treated. Not recommendable.

Ms. Ruhnke wanted 4200 Euro from me for the treatment of my teeth ... I got a second opinion in a dental clinic and learned with pleasure that my teeth are in order. I only have to pay two dental crowns worth a total of 700-800 Euro .... There is such a big difference in the medical world and we depend on you ... Sad 😢
