I was there yesterday, even though I had an appointment, the lady said she preferred to blaspheme with her colleague. My hair totally cut up and one side length than the other. My request was not accepted at all. I look like Prince Eisenherz and I feel totally uncomfortable. It was a pity there was a customer for years, only since yesterday I have never been going there again.

Hands off!! My daughter had a “step cut” cut there last month. The cut steps were not thinned out let alone cut straight. The next day my daughter and I went to the shop after she was crying bitterly at home. In the shop I was immediately received in an unfriendly manner and when I described the case to the lady and presented my daughter with her “haircut”, she simply said: “ I can't see anything, I have to wash my hair first ”. After a few minutes of discussion, their statement changed to: "Yes, that looks very strange". I insisted on speaking to the boss I was vehemently dismissed. The icing on the cake is the voucher that I finally received. This is only intended for a new haircut and cannot be redeemed for products (it is clear that neither I nor my daughter can have their hair cut there again)

Was there 2 days ago to cut my hair so pleased with your work. The lady did it so well that the next day my sister went there to have her hair cut. The lady is called Elmedina or a similarly top employee. Simply to recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

With or without an appointment ... only a very short waiting time, good advice on request, friendly, competent employees, 1A haircut ... I am now a regular customer and very (!) Satisfied ...
