Super effective training always with a motivated and competent trainer by your side. You don't believe how strenuous and effective 20 minutes of training can be if you haven't tried it. My back pain is gone and my posture has improved.

Nice team with competent advice. It is precisely analyzed which problems are present and a corresponding training plan is coordinated accordingly. The price is also much cheaper than with other EMS providers. After a few units, there is also a noticeable improvement. Highly recommended.
