After purchasing from Neuhaus Industrieservice through their ebay store I'm extremely disappointed with the product as is a very cheap quality! Business owner is also impossible to deal with. After trying to dispute the fact that on his ebay store the ad stated FREE express DHL postage to which he used ordinary post from Germany taking significantly longer to get here he had the audacity to go to my Google Business Website and post a retaliatory 1 star review claiming that he brought his moped to Australia for service from Germany. Unfortunately my experience with this shop has been extremely bad and I caution everyone who will purchase from here in the future. In the end I had to submit all the email conversations between us to Google which will now review the fake feedback left by them.

Wood screws from 2mm to 10mm in stock, lots of different dowels - plastic, metal, chemistry - everything is there. Blind rivets in all sizes and material combinations, as well as the processing tools for them. Threading tools, even drills and saw blades are permanently in stock. And all professional goods (Fischer, Spax, Stanley, etc.) at an affordable price. The best: retail, no need to take whole packs

Watch out! Ulf Neuhaus tried to contact due to a warranty from an eBay purchase (dealer niculf). Mr. Neuhaus is practically unreachable. Of about 20 call attempts (within a week) only one was successful. The promised recall has failed. Emails are not answered. I'm sitting on my broken tool and need urgent replacement ... I can only advise!
