Very good cleaning

I took my dress once before to another laundry, everything was fine. Lent the dress to a friend and actually told her that she should not go here, because my parents-in-law have already given work clothes and suits, because the clothes were ironed too hot and they now have burn marks. She brought it to this laundry anyway, but the dress broke. The dress has small glitter particles and it has gone off in many places. The guilt wanted to admit the ladies but not "the quality of the dress was just bad, because you should complain to the dealer," I had previously had no problems with the other laundry. NEVER AGAIN! Not recommendable.
