My wife is finished, she was always a customer there, now for the last time. The beautiful thick hair was thinned out without being asked. She now has a flat head at the back. The black color was applied incorrectly so that the entire front was smeared (see photo) . To a certain extent, she got rid of it with acetone, which was pretty bad the last time I visited, but it was really the summit .Can not be that difficult. Find the right staff or another job. It is unbelievable how the work is done here. From 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. for cutting and coloring .70 Eur for such a mess. Unfortunately, she removed the paint herself, otherwise I would be gone with her and I would have opened the store. There was no receipt either. Complaint was difficult. Now the tax office will be informed.
