I have been visiting the forest pharmacy for years and can only report good things. The waiting times are usually very short and the employees are very competent in providing advice. I can only recommend the forest pharmacy.

My absolute favorite pharmacy! You are always greeted in a friendly manner and the staff really take their time for my concerns. You can tell that they always want to find the best solution for me.

This pharmacy saw me for the last time today; I received a prescription from my doctor for antibiotics, 14 pieces for 7 days. I got a pack of 10 tablets in this pharmacy. Since this amount was not enough for 7 days I had to go to the doctor again and get a follow-up prescription. I had thought of a mistake at first, but this time I was informed that the pack size of 14 pieces is currently not available! With the first prescription it was apparently unimportant to inform the customer about it ... and that with antibiotics! Wasted unnecessary time and of course paid 5 euros a second time for the recipe ... expensive business. I had also recently redeemed a prescription for my reflux tablets for which I also paid 5 euros. In other pharmacies you are kindly advised that you can get another product with the same ingredients, which is cheaper and therefore does not have to pay 5 euros ... in this pharmacy not. It probably makes too much effort. As I said, this pharmacy won't see me again ... I prefer to go to Bad Segeberg in the future.

I think it's a shame how seriously ill people are dealt with: the afternoon staff in the sanitary area seem to find it very difficult to be polite and respectful with customers. Instead of apologizing for the fact that it is unfortunately only possible to measure the feet in the morning (because the two women are probably saleswomen and not orthopedic specialists); one is grouched several times. It is also interesting that the mask requirement for mask-free patients seems more important than solving the problem. We won't come back any more. Thank God, we can also move to Bad Segeberg.
