Goods in order, but the checkout process was very suspicious. The employee did not enter the amount I gave her. She put the money next to the open cash register and gave me the change, which she calculated in the head. Nevertheless, I got too little for 10 € (can happen because of all the stress, even if there was no stress that day). The missing apology, however, has left a lasting negative impression on me. My advice: 1. View and apply cash register policies so that the payment process is transparent to the customer. 2. If you withdraw the customer by 10, - €, an apology is in it. Until the next test purchase!
