Called several times within half an hour at the time agreed by telephone. Nobody answers. The line should always be busy.

The doctor is good, but the receptionists do not work at all. Today, despite having received a referral from my family doctor as an acute case, I was turned down because I was late. It must be said: Rheumatism is known to me that this can also affect the eye, I did not know and was therefore first with my family doctor, who then referred me as an acute case and I should go there IMMEDIATELY. On the way (had to let me drive, because I see an eye is difficult in the drive) I tried several times to call there, but no one answered the phone. Just arrived, eye bright red, swollen and tears, with the note on the acute transfer in hand, the receptionist but I did not let in at all. If I lose only 1 percent of my eyesight because of this, there is a lawsuit that has washed itself! Of course, this will also be reported to the medical association! If you just "only" because of pain arrives, it is one thing that has rheumatism, unfortunately, all the time, but I have a referral as an acute case and can now hardly see on the one itchy, watery and swollen eye, but according to the receptionist wait until tomorrow.
