Unfortunately, after 9 months, nothing had changed. Didn't have the expected effect. The team is nice ... But .. when I had to go to the KH sick for 3 weeks in November and it was clear that I was not allowed to continue this type of training in terms of health. I contacted them immediately and directly the central. I also announced that I would only have a medical certificate by December 23. Nevertheless I had to pay for 2 months until they finally accepted the termination. How should you get a certificate if you get acute. Very very inflexible.

Very competent and nice team. Had high expectations, all of which were met. Meanwhile I also recommended Fitness & Co. to friends, who are all very satisfied. I have rarely experienced the training so intensely. You really have to try it once.

Great training and great coaches). Am now for 2 years there and do not think about quitting. It is effective and still gives pleasure! :-)
