We will do it! With this promise I turned to the company barella to replace my defective shower. A friendly employee was on site promptly and the cost estimate was also in the mailbox after a long 4 weeks. As I had expected, the price was utopian! Another conversation with the employee in the branch was more than disappointing. The desire to convert into a square shower tray instead of the 1/4 cubicle as is now the case was not recommended with the reference to too much effort. (1/4 shower cubicles are considerably more expensive and offer very little freedom of movement) A low shower cup height of 2 cm was also not recommended. In addition, the removal of the silicone joints would add a lot of effort. The expected costs were then sent to me in detail after 1 week with alternatives. Unfortunately not as I would have liked. Then by chance I got recommended a small craftsman from another city. He was there quickly and suggested a square shower with a low shower cup height of 2 cm without me speaking to him. Barella suggested 4 or 4.5 cm. Since the shower cup is only placed on top and thus no effort at all would be expected to take out through any flow, I then decided on the craftsman. I was then amazed at how quickly the shower was replaced without only 1 tile being damaged and only 2 cm high. Everything according to my wishes. Barella did not respond to my wishes in any way, and the exchange should take up to 3 months. All in all, I'm glad I didn't accept barella's offer. For the money they wanted from me, I was able to renovate my entire bathroom and got money out of it and that within a period of 14 days. Everyone can now form their own judgment.

Unreliable, not recommended I already contacted Fa barella in November to redesign my bathroom. First, an appointment was made with me. This was then postponed again at short notice by barella, which was still ok. was. The second appointment then took place. A few days later on December 18th. I also received an offer which, as discussed, also contained alternative solutions. Just a few days later, I gave my wishes over the phone. The implementation should take place in January and I should have an adapted offer at short notice. After about four weeks I followed up on the phone. Unfortunately without any result. After another four weeks, I contacted the counselor by email. Since then another two weeks have passed without any reaction! Hard to believe!!!

Very good company for building and energy technology. Very friendly and competent staff both in the maintenance of the heating system as well as on the phone. With me a small mistake happened during the maintenance, which remained undiscovered. An employee came in a few minutes and fixed it. That's how it has to be, once a mishap has occurred. Absolute recommendation.
