Fliesen Basteck

We had a mixed experience with Mr. Basteck, therefore 3 stars and this detailed review. Initial situation: We need approx. 50 m² floor tiles and 8 m ² wall tiles, without laying, only goods. Positive: In times of Corona, Mr. Basteck was ready to order sample tiles for us. We had previously selected tiles from the manufacturer online and contacted us by email. The response to our email came after only two days. Neutral: We initially asked whether the tiles were already available as samples on site and whether they had to be ordered. When we answered the phone, Mr. Basteck said that he had ordered the sample tiles for us. Delivery time approx. 10 days. We reported 9 days later because no message came. It takes another week. Another 9 days later we called again and postponed another 3 days. In the end, after about 3 weeks, we were able to collect the sample tiles, look at them at home and also choose three pieces. Mr. Basteck's employee made an offer, although this was expressly requested by email, by post 2 days later. We have also brought the sample tiles back properly Negative: The price was too high for us. We had previously looked at comparative prices on the Internet and asked Mr Basteck on the phone that his offer was 30% higher. Unfortunately here Mr. Basteck became very unusual and personal. A price negotiation / accommodation was not possible. The very failing nature unfortunately gave the previously friendly contact a negative note and the Basteck company is therefore no longer an option for us.
