Dear Die Mühlenbacker 27.07.2019 on saturday at 18:00 in Toom Baumarkt in Kelkheim my friend and I wanted to have coffee and cake in your cafe as usual.All four tables on the terrace were dirty with spillt coffee and crumbs and full ashtrays. We asked the light blonde woman (you definitely can check on your staff schedule who worked on that shift) to clean our table. We even of course politely waited before she served the other customers just taking the pastry away. She came out with unsetisfied face murmuring sth by herself and cleaned the tables apart from ours. When we told her that our table needed to be cleaned first where we we were sitting on the chairs holding the trays.She turned to us and said ,, Haben sie keine andere problemen?,, .Loooll When you as a customer hear these most unprofessional words from the lady who serves you the only thing you can count on is to complain to the manager where she even cynically and proudly said that she could even write down his telephone number for us. That is already not only zero service orientation but also a zero respect to work responsibility but also a big deal of unkollegiality. Dear Die Mühlenbacker we have seen many nice service staff of yours in other branches what we can not say about the lady who works in your branch im Toom Baumarkt Kelkheim with zero clue about service. There are lots of unemployed people who would like to work in service with at least a smile on face no matter how their life or day is. with respect your devoted customer

Always fresh goods and friendly, helpful staff. However, it struck me how it is regulated with the hygiene on the part of the staff. Because, without gloves, bread is cut and change is accepted and given back. Pieces are also taken with tongs and gloves are also provided, but not used to cut bread. Very tasty, fresh baked goods and sandwiches. Priced a bit higher, but the good quality adequate. If you go to the hardware store, it offers itself here to take bread and bread. The waiters are friendly and hard-working. I would like to come again.
