As a panicked fearful patient, I dared to go to the dentist again because I needed two implants and crowns and I was not disappointed. Dr. Bettendorf always took a lot of time for me to explain clearly what he was going to do next and how it might feel for me. So I was always prepared for what would happen next. That helped me a lot to overcome my fear. The equipment and treatment methods are very modern in my opinion and I am now very happy with the result. I will actually be happy to go for a routine checkup next year (which I haven't done in several decades). For me, Dr. Andreas Bettendorf a clear recommendation!

My wife came to the practice as an emergency patient due to severe toothache and had to undergo root treatment. Before the operation, your additional services that the health insurance does not cover were "turned on". So that for ONLY a dental treatment in addition to the costs which the health insurance pays approx. 700 € !! This had to be paid. Conclusion: Bad advice Excessive prices -> sometimes factor 5! We feel ripped off. instead of taking the criticism to heart, legal action is immediately threatened.

I have been a patient at Dr. med. Bettendorf and have always received excellent advice and treatment. The practice is - like the treatment methods - modern, the dental assistants are friendly and with a bit of luck you get a parking space right outside the door.

I felt very comfortable in the dental practice, the whole team is super nice and friendly. There was practically no waiting time, I was treated directly when I came into the practice. You can get appointments quickly and flexibly. My dentist is Frau Dr. Bettendorf, I can only say that I felt totally comfortable and the advice is very great. The best dental practice I have been to so far, unnecessary costs are not sought, but advice is given and advantages and disadvantages are weighed up.

Top dental practice! I've been going to Dr. Bettendorf and can only report positive. Miss Dr. Bettendorf and dr. Mangelsdorf are also really great dentists. The teeth cleaning is excellent here and the entire practice team is very nice.
