The cork-click laminate with ceramic lacquer coating ordered from us at ufi already caused difficulties during installation, as some planks did not fit flush with each other at the height of the applied cork layer and sometimes the cork cover layer had been knocked off at the corners of the planks.
So a lot of sorting work was necessary to hide the faulty places.
After almost a year, we have to conclude that the coloring of the cork floor, despite constant shading by roller shutters or awnings in the light incidence areas, is extremely prone to fading. For comparison, we have been a cork click laminate of another manufacturer for 17 years that is not so faded after this period.
Our request / claim at ufi was personally and completely customer-focused by the CEO, in a style of all dignity and in any form of deficient German, denying responsibility and denying solutions, or recommending product applications to care for the soil Floor with ceramic lacquer layer are simply not suitable (personal experience).
Only bad. Had ordered five packages of laminate. Packaging intact, floorboards completely broken. After complaining, they withdrew from responsibility. There was no exchange or return of money
