We ordered on-line Heutschenreuter chinaware for a very good price. We thought to go and pick it up ourselves while on a trip in Germany, but it would take too much time and costs. As for the same price they would send it to Greece, we decided to have it send by DHL. The communication was excellent. As one email we sent was not received, they asked us again what to do with the shipment. All went very correctly and quickly. When we got back in Greece we received the shipment and all chinaware packed very well. Nothing broken and all in excellent condition. We can recommend this company without any hesitations!

I am completely satisfied! I already knew when I placed my order that some items would only be in stock after 14 days. After 14 days, I received a notification that an item was delayed even further. I then contacted customer service and received a very nice message within two days asking whether I would like a free partial delivery. And just two days later the items in stock were on their way to me. The dishes were super packed, nothing broke in transit! Great service in a very difficult time (COVID-19)!

Underground customer service !!! I've waited almost two months for my goods. You should get the idea of informing customers that there are delivery bottlenecks! Unfortunately nothing came of it! In addition, my order has meanwhile been declared as 'sent'. When I asked for the tracking number, I was informed that my order was still being processed. It was denied that it was declared as 'sent'. A screenshot was requested !! Dealing with customers is terribly unprofessional! For me it is certain that I will not spend any more money in this shop!

Porzellantreff offers great products at great prices. The WEB site is clear and self-propelled. The ordering process is child's play and offers a wide range of payment options. The goods were very well packaged and arrived within 3 days of ordering despite the Corona and Christmas season. We were very satisfied and will remember the shop. thanks
