Twice in the last fifteen years I have been receiving orthodontic treatment. Grättinger and can only report good. No matter if transparency in the treatment or the costs, which came up to me, I was cleared up to the Genauste. I had to sign the cost estimate before treatment, so I do not understand that patients complain about the final bill. The entire practice team is very friendly, courteous and competent. I can only say: always happy! I can practice the Dr. Grättinger unreservedly recommend. Thanks!

I can not recommend you "unfortunately". I was with her for advice, because of braces for adults. She gave me x-ray pictures, only to forget about me to inform that it all costs several hundreds of euros. At the first appointment we talked, that will me ungf. Cost 4-5 thousand euros in total. After the second visit it stood at 12 thousand euros. After I did not accept it, I still had to pay 900 euros ... and all for a "consultation". That means she did not do anything with my teeth except x-ray pictures. After that, I complained about the amount, she did not give me the slightest respect for explaining that she just took me to her secretary. For that reason I can not recommend her. I recommend you look for a proper orthodontist.

Too bad that must give times a star that does not deserve. Not recommended !!!! Unprofessional and outrageously expensive. Does not tell you correctly that a consultation costs about 800-1000 euro. It's just pure scarification. For the patient she needs several weeks to think about what to do ... For me just unprofessional. It happened with my husband, I did not confuse you with another practice. What happens is happening, but I can not have good opinions about your practice. After 1 year .... need not justify themselves and try to explain ...

Since I had started with the jaw treatment only with 35 J. (After the children had addressed me on my crooked teeth) the treatment took a little longer ... I am so happy to have done it. The professional competence of Dr. med. Grattinger and her great team is very good. You feel very well and well advised. The waiting times were, although the practice is always very well attended, ok. The result of the treatment is fantastic !!! Thanks again to the entire team and Dr. Ing. Grättinger for the "all-round carefree package"
