No fear anymore!!! Practice with heart, empathy and professional competence. I've been an anxiety patient for years. Miss Dr. Von Finckenstein and her assistant have a special degree of empathy and understanding. I NEVER had the feeling of being judged and was taken very first. We talked about the treatment route and I was informed very thoroughly about the interventions. On the day of the dreaded root canal treatment, the whole practice team was extremely empathetic, I was really distracted and an absolute bonus - I had no pain whatsoever during the treatment, with no treatment! If you are afraid of the dentist, practice is perfect !!!!!
