My personal opinion mainly relates to the doctor I was with during the consultation: Mr. Dr. Storr. In my opinion, I have to advise against visiting. After a hasty anamnesis, while interim questions were answered laconically with boredom or with "I am a doctor and not an alternative practitioner", it went to the equally hasty ultrasound. Then it went to the actual no-go: An external study was advertised that one could sign and then empty samples would be sent in order to send in one's bowel movements. That would of course be voluntary because it is your own bowel movement. Perhaps this information "Is your poop" is so uncomfortable for so many patients that they also sign it. Then it went on quickly that you could not make any further statements without a colonoscopy (colonoscopy). Sure, a colonoscopy flushes a lot of coal into the coffers. I had the feeling that one wanted to push through expensive examinations as quickly as possible. Then I first took the documents (colonoscopy and study) and blood was drawn from me. Mr. Storr must then have asked the doctor's assistants whether I had already signed the documents. I said I had to read this carefully. I asked him about the blood test results days later. The conversation was so bored and questions were answered with a doctrinal tone that I was almost a shame about my time. Incidentally, the invoice that I received later was made in such a way that my cash register rejected part of it. They say you always see each other twice; please don't try again !! Absolutely not a recommendation from me.

Polite and friendly staff and competent and precise treatment by Dr. Storr. Have been here several times and will choose this practice again next time.

Gastroscopy under general anesthesia: perfect process including nice, courteous and professional staff (assistants and doctors). Also with regard to "Corona" everything is fine. I was there for the third time in October 2020, previously in February 2016 and December 2012. Every time everything was OK. including pretzels with tea / coffee afterwards and can only be recommended! I will go back there if necessary.

Was here for colonoscopy. Directions and parking (parking in front of the house) no problem. Reception was very friendly, helpful and relaxed. The preparation for the examination as well as the colonoscopy itself was professional, painless and I felt very well cared for! I. I had no anesthesia - please ask for advice on whether you should have the examination performed with or without anesthesia! Every gut is different! Questions about the intestine or the way of working were always answered and answered I can only recommend this practice!
