A star for quick appointment scheduling. Unfortunately, I could not assign the remaining stars, because I had to wait over 90 minutes for a 1-minute conversation. The ladies at the reception as well as the person performing my MRI were unfriendly and sometimes disrespectful.
That they have to do with sentient fellow men seems to be partly forgotten here.
Both for the mammography department and for Dr. Lack for radiology, I can only give 5 stars. Very friendly, almost fatherly, waiting times ok, immediate discussion of the results. Dr. Lack of special praise, he greets the patients in the corridor, helps immediately with questions, deals very well with the elderly patients and their relatives. You don't find that often anymore.
I was here for a biopsy, and I've felt broken ever since, I'm totally exhausted, have a permanent sting and I'm flat. Unfortunately not recommended. The entire practice is totally chaotic when it comes to scheduling.
My family and I are extremely satisfied. Front desk always friendly. Appointments are always very quick to get.
We would particularly like to thank Dr. Mangel, who repeatedly gives us the feeling that we are not a number but people.

Despite an injured wrist, I was denied an immediate MRI and was offered an appointment for next week.
