Each unit is like a break for body, mind and soul, even if all muscle groups are thoroughly "worked through" in a pleasant sequence and repetition ... perfect!

Great training from an experienced trainer. Understandable and well explained, she guides you through the lessons. The training is very effective. The trainer convinces not only with her professional attitude and experience, but also with her humor, simply personable. I can only recommend this studio.

Professional super nice teacher! The best combination for my hobby of dancing :-) Top equipment! I'm glad that we have such a Pilates offer in Starnberg!
