After much thought, I decided to share my experience in this salon: Immediately after the greeting, Mr. Hagenbucher asked me to swap my own t-shirt for a tight-fitting one, because my wide-cut t-shirt interfered with cutting. I also felt uncomfortable that he touched my hip several times to turn me into position to cut my hair better.

I will definitely not go to see Mr. Hagenbucher again. The reasons: An attempt was made by telephone to sell a new color without even knowing me. Even worse on site. I was there for the first time and you get a discount, which was not made, not even a receipt followed. Mr. Hagenbucher first made my color bad, then cut his hair to his liking, and then took the scissors to thin the hair, even though I have very fine hair. I hadn't even got such a terrible hairstyle as in the 80s in 10 years. Sorry, but I have the impression that it's really just about money. The gentleman didn't care about my hair, and you can see that, unfortunately. In addition, despite a fixed appointment, he previously swept his hair from his predecessor in slow motion. The salon was empty and I still had to wait about 15 minutes. The only nice thing was the classical music in the background. Even combing the hair hurt and he didn't ask if the water temp. is ok. In short: he couldn't do any business with dyeing, and he let me feel it. So once and never again!

Benno Hagenbucher is an artist. His professionalism guarantees absolute trust. He fulfilled my wish perfectly and beyond my appearance about a change in the hair color and a nice swing through the haircut. I feel authentic with noble strands of burgundy red, which showcase my type very advantageously. I'm excited. The visit to Benno is rounded off by his careful advice on the right care, which also delivers what it promises.
