Unbelievably terrible service, there was no care taken, resulting in a horrible outcome.
Staff was very unkind, she rushed it and didn't seem to care. The hair cut was in my opinion very bad and I am never going there again and do not recommend anyone else going there.
Got my hair cut off quite a bit as they just needed it. Then a nice fresh tint over it and what can I say: I'm thrilled with the result and would trust Claudia (salon management) with my hair again at any time. Honest, authentic, not fake and felt completely at ease. Many other hairdressers in Starnberg can learn a thing or two about it.
Was there today with very long hair. I wanted a short hairstyle. I gave the hairdresser a free hand. I am delighted with the result. I come here more often from now on. The price is also completely okay.
