The Kaiserin Elisabeth Museum is well signposted but will be closed throughout 2020. I find an impertinence. Was there twice without success. Pity! Maybe a new line is needed. A disappointment for many people, that is not possible.
Arriving in the village of the princess in Bavaria, everything is expected of you. Instead the residence also used in the film is private and inaccessible and this small museum housed in a railway station holds a few memorabilia and documents. They should value it more!
There is no display for the arrival time of the S-Bahn and only a ticket machine. There is an elevator (but it doesn't always work) and there is enough seating.
Nice and quiet train station.
