Actually, I withdrew my recession because after completing a half-hearted apology for the inconvenience. But now that I happen to see that just after my bad rating 3 good reviews have turned up and at least one of them comes from a member of bank staff, I can not help but renew my rating again. At least there is a funny feeling when in a year, just 4 reviews with an average of 2.5 stars are given and then within 2 days three 5-star ratings - at least one of them with obvious reference to bank employees. Short in bullet points: - bank advisor unavailable for weeks; no callback - Application had to be made several times - Accounts were deleted within days without request - Bank assumes no responsibility for demonstrable errors - Presses customer with reference to the Legal Department - No to little mistake
