We had an appointment to open an account. Yes, Ms. Schulze has now enthusiastically helped us and we have finished our work. We are very happy with the bank branch here.

Very often unfriendly and when I requested a document with a sentence in English, the lady at the counter told me that nobody in the entire branch could speak English and that I could translate the one (?!) Sentence and therefore you would not help me now can. As a long-time customer I had expected that at least an attempt would be made to call who would translate this to me and after going abroad for a long time I am now dependent on this document ... There was very little understanding, on the contrary I was looked at as if I had requested a document in Arabic ... really sad 2018 and in a bank nobody can speak so much English that he can translate a single sentence ..

Simply closed without a hint on Google. Who cares about this savings bank, should make another training.
