I hate Jobcenter. No matter how correct you behave or how well you want to work together you have no chance. Whenever you really need help, you do not get any. On the contrary, they'll push you one more.

Too bad that you have to forgive at least one star. That too is too much. Five months ago, because of Hartz-IV's approval, I was at the job center with Mr Ranft. He met me from the beginning hostile. He wanted to know what I really wanted in Ingolstadt. If I could not afford the city, I should go somewhere else. He also explained to me that he would only pay the rent subsidy equal to the cost of a pension; that's 377 €. He did not tell me which pension this is. If that does not suit me, I'll just have to go to a homeless shelter. He urgently advised me to move away from Ingolstadt. He had probably never heard of fundamental rights. The whole thing is absolutely embarrassing for Ingolstadt. Some there - in the town hall - it seems too good to go.
