We were there with both children to remove the wisdom teeth. ++ The children were treated well. ++ On request, we have received general anesthesia (gas) (extra costs) ++ We were also very well advised and supported by phone, both before and after ++ The decor is modern and not run down + The staff was helpful and mostly friendly We recommend!

As a patient I am there regularly, very competently and individually, very flexible when it comes to patient requests, etc. when making appointments, especially now in the more complicated Covid time ... for the last appointment I needed a document, created super quickly, great service, thanks and happy holidays

My wife got a diagnosis from her dentist that three tooth root tips had to be cut! So she ended up in the above-mentioned practice and all the steps were explained to her during the procedure! So far everything is good. Then she got problems with the tooth at a new appointment she was told that only one tooth root had been cut 🤦🏻‍♂️ same practice, other doctor. One would like to collect my question four times with one tooth (I play through three roots = three treatments and finally pull the tooth = four) Or will incompetence get a new name 👎🏻 Zero stars would be appropriate. I advised my wife to go to another practice.

My daughter has 6 teeth that need to be removed. At first we were somewhere else ... Thank God I had the upper hand on our first visit to another practice and insisted on another appointment. Today we were in the practice Dr.Gonnermann and both my daughter and I are now really relieved and happy. The reception was friendly and quick, the waiting time was very short. The doctor was very competent and took her time. She did a really great job of clarifying all the important information and almost completely took away the fear of the intervention from my very anxious daughter. We immediately made an appointment for the procedure, where we really feel in good hands. A great doctor with a feeling for your patients, you don't experience that so often anymore !!!! thumbs up
