Hello Dr. Z team, You replied to my review and consider it a defamation. Instead of apologizing, they try to talk themselves out of it. That other patients were disturbed by our noise is ridiculous, which other patients please. We were the only patients there. Lies have short legs so you will never get far in life. I am 42 years old and have really seen many medical practices and medical assistants so far. But what works for you when making appointments has lost zero in healthcare. I have been a taxi entrepreneur in Ingolstadt for years. I strongly advise against my customers who need dental treatment your practice. I will always do that in the future. Got two dental implants. I've been wearing this for over a year and I'm very happy with it. It is also very important that I was not outrageously ripped off about the price like many other dentists.

I was about to sign a treatment. Realizing in good time that the planned implants will be manufactured in China. I was completely silent about that. Treatment canceled. After one year, return to the same practice with a request for another treatment option. My one-year-old son was playing loud in the waiting room. The lady at the front desk shouted at us so insulted and insulted, something we have never experienced in a doctor's office. Outrageously, she agreed us "we should educate our child properly". Although we have raised three children, ages 12,15 and 18, very well. When I started discussing with her, she called me a scum. The mistake is made by many people who just do not look in the mirror. Cheap dentures are made in China but the patient is not informed. Dubious and rude, that's all I have to say.
