From my point of view, I was a satisfied patient for over 4 years, I thought I was in good hands and I have always shown myself clearly. When on October 30th a crown came off a molar tooth that Hartmann's practice had only given me in June 2016 and had even charged me, the insured patient, 3.5 times the rate, unfortunately the tide turned suddenly: Even the emergency service dentist made me aware of caries on the neighboring teeth. On November 4th I wasn't even X-rayed, but just said that I was going to make a new crown. My request, please quickly - I had a crater in my molar tooth and was constantly biting something that was very uncomfortable - to forward the healing and cost plan to my health insurance company; was unfortunately not complied with: So I took the initiative, but unfortunately, my just, firm demeanor led Mr. Hartmann to refrain from treating me further. He didn't even have the guts to tell me personally, but had a lady tell me when I registered. My new dentist really "cleared" me up: there was severe inflammation in the bone of the fallen crown, the tooth had to be extracted. It has all taken longer now, but in retrospect I am glad that I am no longer a patient in a practice that deals with a long-term patient for no reason and, as has been shown objectively, does not work very conscientiously: A tooth crown may, with normal use, do not be defective again after 2 years !!! It's a shame that you can be so wrong in a doctor (= people) ...
