As a fearful patient you are treated very nicely, but the work is very bad! And a rip off! You go there because of a small tooth decay and the first thing that is turned on you is a professional teeth cleaning - because that is much more necessary than treating your teeth ... If you go to the practice anyway, you should avoid being treated by Ms. Kolles !!
