Cons: - long wait times: 45+ minutes with an appointment so you can imagine how long it is without an appointment... - indifferent doctors - rude assistants - prescriptions which at other offices are written on the ``pink slip'' but here are only given out on the ``blue slip'' forcing you to pay extra (unnecessarily). Pros: - location. Summary: It's worth the time to go elsewhere for competent and conscientious medical care.

Appointment was canceled. Apparently I couldn't be reached by phone and nothing came in the mail, so I stood in front of closed doors. When asked what my concern would cost me by telephone, no precise statement was made. "The boss then decides what he wants for his service". For me personally a bit unsympathetic, I felt uncomfortable as a patient and will therefore go to another practice. (The review should not be derogatory, just my personal experience report)

I've been there twice for sinusitis treatment. At the given appointment I was on it after 15 minutes and was diagnosed and treated. Everyone was very friendly and my concerns were taken seriously. I can only recommend the practice

I don't understand some of the entries. My experience shows that what should not have gone wrong or wrong again. To make an appointment by phone, very friendly, competent and really prompt (2 days). Everything was prepared by the agreed date, after a short waiting period (used to fill out) important documents, the initial examinations were carried out very friendly, explanatory, conscientious and careful. When it comes to the doctor's consultation, I can also only choose very good words. I feel very comfortable and would be happy to come back anytime.
