When you have an appointment, everything fits. To do this, however, you have to pass the reception first. Making an appointment by phone is impossible! Honk honk honk ......

I've been trying to reach someone there for weeks. Couldn't even cancel the appointment because nobody answered. and were not accepted by the family doctor despite the transfer because the card was missing, for all others you can always hand in the card without any problems. I cannot say anything about the doctor himself.

Dr. Purucker is very nice, helpful and takes his time. The practice team is friendly. I was and am very satisfied.

Extremely unfriendly a star already too much if you have an emergency you will not be put off just referring to appointments in 5 months‼ ️
