I love the yoga class with Patricia. She pays great attention to the correct execution of the movements and you learn a lot about your body. The hours are accompanied by pleasant music. I like that, despite the main topics, the whole body is always in focus, so that the sore muscles are well distributed 😉

I signed up for the "Absolute Beginner" course and went to my first lesson with positive expectations. After the first evening I can say that my expectations were totally exceeded! I found the hour at Patricia very good! 👍😊💞 Without much "Blabla" it went straight to the point and we definitely had to work hard! I felt great afterwards, especially in the area of the shoulder blades, I had such a loose feeling that I have wondered directly about it ... The stretching exercises thank you! 👍 Looking forward to next week! 😊

The hours at Patricia are great! I am already on the 4th course and have already registered for the next one. The groups are not too big, so that Patricia can respond to everyone very well. On top of that, one notices her passion for yoga, which she passes on to the participants during the lessons. And there is something for everyone - beginner as well as advanced. TOP!

The location is great and the courses from Patricia are really very good. I sweat every time and after that I am very knocked out. Perfect as a balance to everyday office life, to work out and do something good for your body. I can only recommend the courses and the way. Thanks Patricia! :)
