I've heard a lot of good things about Salon Eisele. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and a young lady washed my hair. She was very thorough about this, shampooed twice and then applied some kind of conditioner afterwards. Then another lady cut my hair and blow-dried it. There was nothing to complain about, but I have to say that my hair is very, very thin and only chin-length, without steps / color / other. Basically "cut outside" once. So the cut was not really demanding. When I finally wanted to pay, the bad surprise came. Instead of the 39 € for washing / cutting / blow-drying for women stated on the website, I got the proud price of 48 €. I asked why I had to pay almost 10 euros more than the website says (especially since I really had no "special requests" or anything like that). With reference to the young woman who initially washed my hair, I was told that I had had a special conditioner. First: a conditioner for chin-length, super-thin hair must not cost less than 10 euros. Second, I was never asked if I wanted this special conditioner at all. The lady washing her hair silently washed away to herself, I was not asked, let alone informed that she was “smearing something in my hair”, which costs extra. I personally find this way of dealing with customers impossible. It is clear to me that many customers who go to Eisele have no problem paying a little more for good quality. But I think it's not okay not to be asked if you want the extra services at all. It's about the principle. I later talked to a friend about my visit. She has butt-long, very thick, bleached hair and paid 55 € for her highlights / washing / cutting / blow-drying on her last visit to Eisele, just a few euros more than me, but with much more effort. I do not understand. Conclusion: The cut worked out in the end, I didn't like dealing with me as a customer and the overpriced price. For me it was the first and last visit to Eisele.

Great cut I am very satisfied. Freifunk from the E-Wirt even goes into the interior. The Eisele should set up here another free radio router.
