Never again! Have left my wedding dress for cleaning. Statement was there "Yes no problem. Then call when it's done. It will not take more than 2 weeks " OK. Only that it did not take two weeks, but almost 2 months .... In between, I got a call, as the dress should be cleaned. Ehm please? If I could do it then I would do it myself 😅 After 8 weeks I called local and asked if my dress is finally finished because I still have not got a call. Since then I only got the answer "Yes it takes time. And why should we call? Just have a look over regularly " So, after almost two months, I finally got my dress back. Unfortunately, I was so stupid and did not control it locally. Because it is not really clean. Downstairs still hangs dirt & the grand finale .... is my hoop skirt gone, which is a kind of "family heirloom", so to speak. And when someone tries to call, nobody ever answers the phone .... So I would not even recommend someone I can not stand death.
