Would love to thank Y. Linder for the wonderful service and advice, I needed a medicine I was using in France and she didn't hesitate to find the equal one for me, visited the pharmacy for the first time but felt like I was a customer for years, it is very important for places like that to keep the staff positive and friendly as that affects directly the customers...well done and much success to the whole team...

Quite a nice place with a lot of counters. Medicines which are not available will be ordered overnight....added bonus of being inside a shopping mall.

Probably the best equipped pharmacy in Ingolstadt and the surrounding area with the most customer-friendly opening times. There is a huge selection of well-known manufacturers at fair prices. The staff is always very competent, helpful and extremely friendly. I've been a customer for over 20 years and can't understand the bad reviews.

On the phone they said there are masks only for people with a customer card ... I have one, but something like that is very anti-social. And only 300 masks are supposedly distributed a day, the rest remain in the warehouse. For one who had no restrictions in the pandemic until now (except of course distance and mask) Pharmacies were always open and everybody complains when they have to do a little more logistics. Well, I don't go to the pharmacy anymore .. I don't tolerate that. Any tolerance in this regard leads others to be just as bad.

Very expensive compared to many other pharmacies or internet. The advice for this is great, therefore 3 stars
