Today I was out on business with a short stop in the pharmacy at the clinic because of headaches and nausea. Here I enjoyed very good, customer-oriented and technically competent advice from the young lady (Ms. S.). Friendly appearance. Thank you so much. MfG P.H.

When I visited my grandma in the hospital with my two small children and then went to the parking ticket machine, I only found out there that I had forgotten to withdraw money from the top of the Sparkassen ATM. I had change, but it was "too small" for the parking ticket machine. Since I was in the lower parking lot and my little son was already restless in the stretcher, I asked in the pharmacy whether they could change me 50 cents and explained the situation. Unfortunately they refused because they didn't want my change. I felt pretty let down. Yes, I no longer thought of withdrawing money, but I didn't want to give money, but switched to the machine that I can drive home with my children !! When I asked about the café level, the service staff gave me 1 euro. Even during a previous visit to this pharmacy, I was served by a young employee in a very unpleasant and condescending manner. It was the same thing that didn't want to change my 50 cents. It is very unappealing.
