Advice and service are very courteous and flawless!
Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this pharmacy today. When I asked for a cough syrup at noon on the phone, I was assured that it would be ordered and reserved for me (last name was requested by phone and possibly also noted) and that I could pick it up from around 5:30 p.m.
I sent my employee for pickup at this time, unfortunately the syrup I ordered was sold to another lady and apparently it was not noted anywhere that I had ordered and reserved the syrup. Since this incurred costs for the journey, the employee and the time that was wasted there, in the future I will get medication elsewhere. Too bad.
