Hardly reachable, emergency service did not respond during the holidays despite the heating failure. For a request to exchange water meters, I was put off for weeks until I finally had to choose another way. Apparently too many customers ... P. S. If the owner of the company had responded to the call for help via email (parents were frozen) as quickly or at all as he did here on Google, we would have been helped at least to some extent.
