NO RECOMMENDATION! My current balance: 2/2 pair of shoes are broken within a short time. The first pair were sneakers for ~ 50 €, in which the sole dissolved within a year, and the inner fabric was worn through. Sutor refused to exchange, but offered me a € 20 coupon, which I also redeemed for a pair of winter shoes. With this pair of winter shoes from the brand "Josef Seibel" for € 120 new price already dissolved before the end of the second winter season, the sole, so I asked SUTOR to take back the shoes, exchange or another discount coupon. SUTOR gave the shoes for inspection and made the following diagnosis: 1) The shoes are 2 years old and worn away -> These are WINTER SHOES, so they were worn for a maximum of 6 months. 2) The shoes were not properly maintained -> Yes, I even had a special care foam and an impregnating spray and a sponge for ~ 20 €. 3) There is only one year warranty at SUTOR -> Before that, the customer is warned nowhere. 4) The shoes can be glued at your own expense -> Repair on goodwill, let alone cost estimate: FEHLANZEIGE! So I took my winter shoes back with me, left the shop and will NEVER enter again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is definitely a foreign word, you do not have to be surprised if you prefer to order online!
