Terribly unfriendly staff.
Even a greeting with clear eye contact is too much to ask, quite apart from the fact that the staff just stands around staring into the air to the point that they apparently have better things to do, such as talking to the other employees present and completely closing the customers to ignore.
The boss of this branch crowns the whole thing with an absolutely disrespectful manner towards the customers. You hardly ever wonder why the employees behave in this way.
Who put such a person in a management position remains an absolute mystery to me. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and would even go over to advising people to avoid it altogether.

I like to buy my shoes in local shops, but after this experience I prefer to do it over the Internet ...... You don't need to wonder why more and more shops are closing and why people mainly buy their things online when you finds such people in branches !! ......
