Had a complaint about a down jacket, the first washing was over. Lt. Owner of course it was my fault, I've washed the jacket wrong, was clear ..... Therefore, no legitimate complaint, ergo, no replacement, no coupon, nothing. For this a 2 page long explanation of how to make Jack Wolfskin clothing is RIGHT! washes.
My conclusion is: Do you want to quickly throw a few bills out the window, buy from Jack Wolfskin. Therefore from me only -1 ⭐
