After a long time, today again spent a little longer with you than planned. The last few times have been very disappointing, but the staff is still learning. Since the repair took longer than expected, I received a very friendly welcome today and everyone was very attentive and the work was really done flawlessly today. I can only hope that it stays that way and that the employees will take the customer's words to heart, because just as it reverberates into the forest, it comes back again. In any case, a cappuccino was offered today and everyone was on hand with advice and action, which I have not experienced in so long. Keep it up! Best regards

Dear management, please train your employees: - that it is impolite to blaspheme in front of the customer. My ears are still working very well and I noticed that very well, despite a whisper and a mask - that not all of your customers are retirees and / or come from the immediate vicinity from Ingolstadt and sometimes have long journeys besides work. - important information should be stored in the computer so that the customer does not have to repeat everything from the beginning. The "I'm not my colleague" comment almost led me to promote my recipe. - even if in most cases costs are paid by the health insurance company, I am still the customer (who pays the health insurance contributions) and shouldn't be looked at so bitchily, only if there are no internal agreements. -> this was the last time that I was a customer of yours in Ingolstadt. I would rather go to Kelheim in the future -> No wonder that you have such a high turnover.

I have been a customer for many years now, have an electric wheelchair that unfortunately always causes problems and when I contact the emergency service, I am often put off for days. In principle, they can abolish this service. Only today did a problem arise again and I put off until Monday, and I am not entitled to a replacement electric wheelchair via the emergency service, that really cannot be. Put your employees in wheelchairs and let them stand outside for hours regardless of the weather, let's see if everything is so great. Hopefully something will change in the service soon. In any case, I'm stuck in the apartment all weekend. Thank you very much.

Absolutely not to be recommended! We wanted to buy a rollator, embarrassing that it had to be ordered and that in a "health park". The advice was just bad rather a question and answer game! And after almost 4 weeks we are still without a rollator .... So honestly, what a customer service! Therefore, I can only advise against - the customer service and advice is underground !!!!

Don't get anything done! You cannot reach anyone, orders or repairs take months, incorrect billing, etc. Not to be recommended at all 👎🏼 If you have a choice, go to another medical supply store ..
