Dr. Werner is very nice, has patience for our questions and concerns and also advises over the phone in case of emergencies. I also like that the office has a separate waiting room for children and another separate room for sick patients. The only downside is the receptionists who are always very unfriendly and not helpful. They don't make you feel welcome and always act annoyed over the phone. It's a pitty :(

Unfriendly reception. Arrogant doctors. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

A practice many doctors, but everyone was always super nice and courteous. Good organization on the phone (in advance division of "only order prescriptions and appointments). The medical assistants are almost always friendly, only with one can the patient always feel their emotional state.
