My children and I think Dr.Kiefer is just as great as the medical assistants. My big one (4 years old) only wants to see him and no one else. The latter even said why he can't be a dentist;). Waiting times go sometimes it's fast, sometimes you have to wait longer. As in every practice.

Worst medical practice where I have been, the question is why people always come there and why you always have to wait so much, not recommended but only to have it, fully the wixxa didn't even say where the toilet is, once and never again there, hopefully all of you will soon go broke because you can't even treat the patients well, Hade tschau

I think it's outrageous that you let a child with 10 months and 40 ° C fever who has a very poor general condition wait over 2.5 hours. I realize that it was an insertion date and that someone always has to wait ... Unfortunately our kia was on vacation. Dr. I found Kiefer quite unsympathetic and snooty. Didn't let me finish and didn't listen carefully. In any case, he won't see us again.
